  • Personal Checks accepted only for advance deposit
  • Add $5 for phone reservations
  • 10 day cancellation notice and $10 service fee for refunds
  • Minimum two nights on week ends / three nights holiday week ends
  • Five night minimum on apartments - Sun through Thurs
  • No refunds after check-in ~ No pets
  • 8% Room Tax not included in rates
